The primary goal of conducting the test is to identify technical issues of the system, related to geography. West County has unique topography, which presents challenges not seen in other parts of the County. In years past, we have conducted tests in North and East County with great success. Being able to focus on a particular region yields the best opportunity to identify and remedy flaws within the system.
