The Sonoma County Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office (ACTTC) is aware of the impacts from the COVID-19 emergency and shares the community’s concerns.  We have a long history of working with property owners in times of emergency and disaster, including the recent wildfires and floods.  After April 10^th, the ACTTC will consider written requests for penalty waiver due to the COVID-19 emergency on a case-by-case basis.
