Emergency Shelter Management for Shelter Volunteers

● Tour the Cloverdale Citrus Fairgrounds Emergency Shelter
● See the transportable solar powered 8000-watt generator with WiFi hotspot, area lighting and fire camera
● Enjoy pancake breakfast supported by shelter staff including Kiwanis, Lions and Rotary Club volunteers
● Visit overnight housing and PG&E’s PSPS Resource Center

Prizes, Giveaways, Silent Auction, Food and More
● Attend the 20-minute Listos orientation and get your passport stamped to receive a free “Go-Bag” full of emergency necessities – BE PREPARED!
● Get your passport stamped by visiting indoor and outdoor exhibitors to be eligible to win prizes, such as dinner for 4 at a wine maker’s home, bottles of wine, toys & games for kids
● Bid on silent auction to support your local fire services
● Enjoy a free lunch courtesy of River Rock Casino!
● Visit exhibitors to learn about home safety products/tips and watch demonstrations

Fun for Kids of All Ages (English and Spanish)
● Sit in a real Fire Engine and learn how it works – sound the air horn and siren
● Smokey the Bear Coloring Contest; Play “Emergency” Board and card games; Read stories; If the drought allows – bring a swimsuit and run through a fire hose water fountain
● Visit farm animals who have been “evacuated”
● Have an ice cream or slushy with a firefighter
● Learn bandaging with an EMT

● Parking next to Citrus Fairgrounds on grass/dirt lot south of fairgrounds
● Limited on-street parking on Citrus Fair Drive
● Parking at the Cloverdale Depot with continuously running Sonoma shuttle bus (right off exit 520)
● Continuously running Sonoma shuttle buses from Cloverdale Seniors Center and multiple seniors’ homes to Citrus Fairgrounds
