Evacuation Warning The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office has downgraded an Evacuation Order to an Evacuation Warning for low lying areas along the Russian River area from Unincorporated Healdsburg to Jenner. Residents are advised to be ready to evacuate should the river rise. The National Weather Service is also predicting freezing overnight temperatures through Feb. 12. Officials recommend that residents limit time outdoors, as serious medical conditions including hypothermia and frostbite can develop with prolonged cold weather exposure.
