No. The second installment of the 2019-2020 Annual Secured property tax bill was due by February 1st and will become delinquent if not paid by April 10th.

If you have the means and ability to pay by April 10th please do so. This revenue helps keep government agencies running and providing vital public services, especially in times like these.

The ACTTC has a long history of working with property taxpayers on everything from catastrophic wildfires to floods to individual hardships, and we will do everything we can to assist taxpayers with this event.

Per RTC 4985.2, the ACTTC has authority to waive delinquent penalties and costs if late payment is due to reasonable cause and circumstances beyond the tax payer’s control. We will consider penalty waiver requests on a case-by-case basis. A COVID-19 penalty waiver application is underdevelopment and will be available to taxpayers on the ACTTC website.
