The ordinance gives the county the ability to enforce current local and state health orders.

Personal (non-commercial) violations include:

  • Not wearing a face covering when you’re outside your home, and are either indoors or outside and unable to maintain 6 feet of social distance between you and people who are not members of your household.
  • Hosting gatherings of more than 12 people who aren’t sheltering in the same household.

Not self-isolating after testing positive for COVID-19.
