If your organization offers goods or services for the general public to prepare for, utilize during or recover from an emergency, you are welcome to staff a resource table at Sonoma Ready Day.

Vendor Set-up: Saturday, September 7th, 10 a.m.–12 noon or Sunday, September 8th, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
Vendor Clean-up: Sunday, September 8th, 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.

Staff a Resource Table: Complete this Google form

General information

      • All booths will be indoors.
      • All spaces must have adult supervision at all times.
      • Booths should be open and operating by 10:00 a.m. on September 8, 2019 and remain open until the event closes at 4 p.m.
      • Organizations will be assigned an 8’ table area, a table space number, and a map of the unloading/loading area.
      • The event is rain or shine.
      • There is no fee to host a table. Please provide emergency preparedness giveaways to attendees in English and Spanish.


      • There is a limited number of resource tables with power available.
      • Electricity is limited and will be available on a first-come basis. Electrical needs must not exceed 20 amps on one outlet.
      • The County will not provide extension cords and/or power plugs.

Resource Table Participant Parking

      •  No one may park in the unloading/loading area.
      • Please park in the designated parking area (map to be provided at a later date).

Sponsorship Opportunity

      • Resource Table participants may elect to sponsor the event. Please see Sponsor Opportunities on the event website

Prohibited Behavior

      • Individual use of a portable public announcement (P.A.) system and amplified music of any type is prohibited.
      • The County reserves the right to close any space in which business is not being conducted in conformance with this agreement, City ordinances, or state laws
