The Sonoma County Health Officer has determined that there is an increased risk of the Coronavirus 2019 Disease (“COVID-19”) among persons living or working in licensed healthcare facilities, residential care facilities, shelters, group homes and other congregate living facilities.  Social distancing alone in these facilities is not effective due to the concentration of individuals and the nature of the services provided.
